Customer care – Darcliffe Homes

Customer care

Before you move into your new home, one of our sales team will take you round the property, show you how everything works and hand over your home information pack. They will conduct an internal and external inspection with you at the same time to ensure your new home is handed over to you defect free.

Once you have moved into your new home, our support continues.  We have a dedicated customer care team and maintenance operatives who will take care of any customer care issues following the purchase of your property. We also offer an emergency call out service for peace of mind, and a full snagging service at 12 months from your moving in date.

In order to improve our customer experience, we have implemented a defect reporting platform ‘Clixifix’. This enables our homeowners to report snags and upload photos where necessary so we can allocate the defect to an appropriate trade. This allows us to keep an accurate record of snags  and  monitor their progress.

You will be provided with our after sales service procedure and a link to create your login to Clixifix upon completion.

With an established reputation for exacting standards however, we ensure that before you move into your new home our skilled on site professionals have undertaken rigorous checks at key stages of the development.  They make sure that everything you can’t see is built to the same standards as everything you can see:
