We are delighted to announce the successful completion of Stoneham Park, with all homeowners happily settled into the development.

The development has delivered a total of 66 homes, with 40% of them being affordable housing, and consisting of 14 different house types. From spacious 5-bedroom family homes to apartments, the development has attracted a broad mix of buyers.

The new community includes first-time buyers, young families looking for more space, downsizers, and couples purchasing together for the first time.

A standout achievement for Stoneham Park was that every home was sold before construction was completed, reflecting the strength of demand for the development. Furthermore, more than 89% of purchasers already had an RG postcode, demonstrating the success of our local-first marketing strategy.
