Last month we organised a boat trip on the Caversham Princess to commend the on-going hard work and team effort at The Ridings, Tilehurst. We couldn’t have achieved the high-quality finish and quick delivery without the excellent effort of our team on site. On board we were joined by the construction team  and others including head office colleagues and those who made the development possible. The boat left at 7pm and our guests were taken along the River Thames, with music, food and drinks. An enjoyable night had by all who attended.

All homes at The Ridings are sold STC with 20 completions in total and a further 9 plots exchanged. The Ridings has been a very successful development, and we are excited to see what Stoneham’s will bring.
