Delivering exceptional customer service
As with all new homes, snags are inevitable – but we pride ourselves on providing exceptional after care customer service and dealing with snags quickly and professionally. With our newer larger sites, clixfix enables us to organise the snagging process and have organised records in one central location. This software gives us the ability to monitor the performance of subcontractors and a history of finished snag images along with customer signatures upon completion of the job.
