When reserving early, buyers can choose kitchen units, worktop colours, kitchen unit handles, bathroom tiles, carpets and more all within their purchase price (options within our range) !
We also pride ourselves on accommodating for higher end, optional additional features, including Air conditioning, Sonos music, security lighting and smart home systems.
When our lovely purchasers of plot 46 reserved early, they opted to add several additional extras : Air Con, Wifi boosters, Sonos music, ducting to the garden for broadband and electrics to supply a future home office.
We even accommodated a Darcliffe ‘First’ in providing plumbing to the garage for the installation of a dog bath!
Plot 49 features a modern office pod
With the rise in home working due to the pandemic, we wanted to explore the option of installing a modern office pod at the end of the garden, to create the ideal home working experience. We are happy with the result !
This is one of our favourite properties to date, featuring stunning extras and a balcony view we cant wait to show off once the site is complete.
