Saxon Meadows welcomes first residents – Darcliffe Homes

Saxon Meadows welcomes first residents

The first residents at Saxon Meadows in Spencers Wood, Reading, have moved in and are starting to enjoy their brand new Darcliffe Home.

Lauren (28) and James Summers (31) have wanted to live in Spencers Wood for some time and had been looking at other developments in the area before viewing Saxon Meadows. It took just one viewing of Saxon Meadows for the couple to fall in love with their dream home and be impressed by the value for money it presented.

“As soon as we walked into the house we loved the layout and the spacious rooms, plus we were impressed by how much was included in the price; everything from flooring to Bosch appliances,” explains Lauren. “This meant we knew exactly how much it was going to cost to move in and it would also be completely ready for us. Other developments just provide the house and you are expected to buy everything else which means you need another budget to do this.

“The whole moving experience with the Darcliffe team and in particular Graham Denton (joint Managing Director) has been absolutely delightful and completely stress free. Whenever we have any questions they are answered swiftly. We find it strange when we hear other people talking about the problems they have had with other developers, because we have had no such experience. We have been recommending Darcliffe Homes to everyone.”

Work on Saxon Meadows is due to be completed in August 2016 which is just one year from start to finish.
